Thanks to the whole bento box sushi topic, I started looking into some neat gadgets. For those who don't know what a Bento Box is, basically it is a Japanese lunch box. Or, to be more accurate, it is a Japanese BOX LUNCH. Confused? Don't be, here are a few different types of Bento Boxes, some with food, some not.

The one I have is most like #3 or #4.. Great for separating food, keeping flavors from blending all together. Quite handy! Great for adults and kids alike.

Rice Cooker
This is something I couldn't live without! My rice cooker! Here is the one I am using right now.
Panasonic 3 cup Rice Cooker
Now, this is the most basic of basic rice cookers, but since it's mostly just me eating rice, perhaps my son ( not quite 2 yrs old yet ) we don't need a larger more fancy one. But it cuts down any fuss for making rice. Again, don't think I could live without it!
